Our projects
Eight stories, each starting with a conversation and ending with keys. Villas, apartments and public spaces — designed and built by us from sketch to furniture.
Villa Barcelona
Villa · MardakanA two-storey villa on a 35-are plot in Mardakan. Five bedrooms — each with its own wardrobe and bathroom — a living room, a study, a kitchen and a laundry. Outside: a 60 m² open pool, a summer kitchen and a barbecue corner. The house breathes through central VRF ventilation and is heated by its own boiler room.

Villa Milano
Villa · high-techA young family's Italian dream built on 28 ares. They chose not to wait for a visa but to be patient for six months — and then live in this atmosphere every day. We could not replace the Cala Rossa beaches, but we built a 50 m² pool and set aside an 80 m² summer kitchen with a barbecue corner for long evenings. Two floors: three bedrooms with wardrobes, a kitchen, a study, a laundry, three bathrooms.

Villa Berlin
Villa · high-techIf you are looking for a “designed by Germans” signature under this project, save your time: it is entirely the work of an Azerbaijani team. From material selection to the finest design touches, everything took six months. Two floors and 180 m²: three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a study, a laundry and three bathrooms — plus, at the client's request, a 40 m² pool, a summer kitchen and a barbecue house.

City Garden
Apartment · neoclassicEvery apartment reflects its owner's character and inner world. As the client spoke, we already knew what atmosphere we would create in these 251 m². Neoclassic style: a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry. Following the proverb “advice makes the dress roomier”, we chose the décor together without breaking the concept.

Sabah Residence
Apartment · minimalismA project for a client who wanted space. Across 171 m² we used calm, easy-on-the-eye colours, counting on how much natural light enters the apartment. A children's and a master bedroom, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Both the design and the renovation are entirely our work.

A lifetime of comfort in 80 m²
Apartment · metropolitanAn apartment for a young family with their own view of the world, built to their technical and design brief. Dark tones reflect the style of a modern metropolis. Every detail is the result of a month of mutual consultations. This layout can be adapted to an apartment or house of any size.

Happy Smile
Beauty salon · neo-MemphisWe know the steps it takes to bring joy: handing over Happy Smile, we managed to put a smile on every face. High ceilings and the client's love of minimalism led the project to the neo-Memphis style. Each of the nine rooms across 200 m² — cosmetology, trichology, massage, make-up, manicure, pedicure — has an atmosphere of its own.
