About the project
A two-storey villa on a 35-are plot in Mardakan. Five bedrooms — each with its own wardrobe and bathroom — a living room, a study, a kitchen and a laundry. Outside: a 60 m² open pool, a summer kitchen and a barbecue corner. The house breathes through central VRF ventilation and is heated by its own boiler room.
