Villa Berlin

If you are looking for a “designed by Germans” signature under this project, save your time: it is entirely the work of an Azerbaijani team. From material selection to the finest design touches, everything took six months. Two floors and 180 m²: three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a study, a laundry and three bathrooms — plus, at the client's request, a 40 m² pool, a summer kitchen and a barbecue house.
